I feel if a driver doesnt know the area they need to let another driver get the passenger so they dont miss their Chemo treatments as I was on April 27, 2017; They dont need to say that they are on the way when; they are going around in circles over 20 minutes away; That is what your driver Marquis on April 27, 2017 @ 7:30am - 8:00am Nissan Sentra 7TLK883 ‼️‼️‼️

Same people complain all the time. You hit a button you get a ride simple as that

I love your service but I really detest your app Are use your app probably four times a week and it never fails for me to have trouble reading the tiny font that you use Also the most important information that I need as well once the ride is requested is its very difficult to see the kind of car in the name of the person. And where it says contact The driver etc. is also hard to read There was plenty of room on the screen for you to enlarge the fonts and icons to make it easier to read you doing a big disservice to a large part of the demographic Please consider this suggestion.

would give 5 stars, but there should be some sort of warning during the initial sign up that the picture you choose for your profile cannot be changed through the app...but requires contacting Uber and going through additional lengthy steps just to change your profile picture

Check your review in about a week, only you will be able to see your review no one else. I find Ubers business practices to be sneaky and despicable. Im not going to recommend this app from Uber. The Uber app pulls the resale value out of your car to Pay YOU. Uber needs to compensate and pay the drives real money, so they can fix and maintain there cars. Uber doesnt pay much to the drivers at all (Uber keeps about 60% of what the rider pay UBER). Once you consider your fuel cost, extremely high cost of ride-share car insurance, car maintenance and the terrible wear and tear on the car itself plus significant lose of value of your car at resale, especially because of the super high miles on your vehicle. The Uber app is a very bad deal for the drive. However the riders are getting a great deal on your dime and time. Sorry for the bad new.

Could yall include the color of the car soon? And the use of a prepaid card?

Stop tracking my location always. Uber does not need it. The app is bad now and does not open properly sometimes. Id like to see the ability to rate other customers that I share an uber pool with.

Location tracking is all or nothing with Uber. Normal apps offer "track only when using", but Uber demands "Always track". If the past year has taught us anything, its "dont trust Uber to do the right thing". Partial workaround: disable GPS for the Uber app, and only turn it back on if you absolutely must use Uber. In the meantime Ive been using the friendly Uber competitor, and so far its worked like a charm. Thanks for encouraging me to check out other apps!

Nope. You still dont need my location once I end my ride. Fail You want your stars back? Gives us back the option of "While Using"

Über automated customer service is a disgrace.

They made it mandatory to grant the app access to my location at all times. Even when the app is not running. Very intrusive! I hope they will review that decision. I will not use them until it is back to how it was before: that the user can set it to allow location info only while the app is in use.

As the title says. It is very hard to trust an app that constantly wants to know your location. They claim they only track for 5 minutes after the trip has ended, but even then, they dont give users the option (and this is still highly suspicious). Its either location services are on (so you can use the app) or its off (and the app is useless). Please revert back to the original settings in which location services are "Only when the app is open"

Works ok if youre desperate for a ride, but they do seem to hate women and privacy so... At least Lyft is friendly.

They are kicking expat drivers and employing only Saudi drivers. Which shows how disgusting and racist this company is..

Ive used UBER twice in Detroit Michigan with family, both times great and convenient. Would recommend & use again.

This company only cares about the wealth being built for its founder and early investors. They dont give a darn about their drivers or riders.
