Took a ride from Malmö Live to Lund and everything was great?

A driver missed so many turns and showed us 15 mins late, then the best part was she drove right past me. I chased after her car waving with my luggages for more than a block until she disappeared. Then that added another 5 mins to my trip - just waiting for her to show up. I cancelled the trip. Her delay caused me missed my train and I had to pay extra as penalty, the online services refused to refund the cancellation fee, then issued a refund, after less than 10 mins took the refund back. I requested an explanation and expressed the urgency to have this matter escalated, no response. Uber has too many customers and they dont value one loyal customer. Stay away from them!

Straight to the point they gave me a long hassle since the first time I applied customer service did not try to help me with resolving my account issue that I have been waiting 1 month to hear from them been nice and followed up many times they denied me for no reason they refused to tell me why I did the same on lyft and got approved at Lyft they where more friendly and more helpful I was skeptical when people said dont apply to uber but now I understand why. Now that I got hired at lyft I will never apply for uber. The one star is for how they treated me. Good luck Babylon

Ubers GPS took my driver in the wrong direction from the airport then ran us through figure eights, back tracking through side streets. This doubled the travel time and cost, which caused me to miss my sons baseball game. Instead of doing the right thing and refunding the trip ($25), Uber charged me for the original value of the trip. Apparently my time and family events are of no value to Uber. I just downloaded Lyft for the first time. Goodbye Uber.

Terrible from top to bottom. Uber was once great but now is just crap.

New update makes it very hard to drop a pin. This is a terrible idea.

Two users canceled on me, I didnt cancel. Enjoy your free $10s uber. Ill use Lyft from now on.

Its annoying when you have setup valid payment details in app and while booking for uber, it keeps denying with the message that your payment method is not valid.

No longer can I keep track of how much I made on past trip because Uber made it so difficult to see ! In result Im missing trips and make 50% less while I drive 25% more ! Please return the old app ! Id like to get paid for I spend behind wheel and trips Ive completed

I give negative stars to Uber

Throughout the night, 3 drivers have cancelled on my trip which left me helpless at 2 in the morning(had to call my sister). In the morning, called an uber for my mother, the driver has not arrived, its been three hours. I cant even cancel the ride. The drivers phone is not responding and my phone is heating up because the app is using my location services. Im even willing to pay to cancel it but Im unable to. And I cant even order multiple ride so I could at least hope the next one arrives. Plus, being an international user, I cant even use customers service as the helpline is only available inside the USA. Its a flawed system. Id rather pay a little extra for services like careem, where the drivers are held responsible, arrive on time and I get proper service and I can at least call the customer service if otherwise.

I honestly hate uber with a burning passion, they straight rob you out ya money,

Please, enable add payment debit card, for all countries, in my example, I live in Brazil.
