Horrible. The drivers themselves are usually pretty nice but UBER itself is such a scam.

Apparently in the last update there was supposed to be a feature where you can update your pickup address. Guess Uber lied about that one. Other than that the app is decent.

Bad seevice

I did a Uber pool for 47minutes and 11 miles and only payed me 7$.. And the riders where charged between the 3 of them over 15$.! Sent a claim to Uber and they said thats how Uber pool worked and just started sending automated answers like they dont care. And I get lots of tips from lyft which helps SO much.! I hope riders continue helping lyft grow.!

Your app is trash and if you allowed pick up anywhere I wouldnt be posting this review.

I am a long time user of Uber, but I will never use this service again and might need to seek legal action if Uber refuses to help me. I deleted a card from my Uber over a year ago, but Uber has decided to charge this card for all of my expenses instead of the only one thats attached to my account. The card they are charging is a business cc from a company I used to work for. In fact, Uber doesnt even tell me what card its charging, it just says "derivative" and I didnt know until the company reached out to me and told me. Ive contacted Ubers customer service multiple times with no success. Each time they blew me off and closed the case as "resolved" without answering any of my questions, giving me any explanation, or directing me to someone who can help. Uber is now damaging my personal reputation with no intention of helping me fix an issue that is clearly wrong with their app--no matter how many times I reach out to them. Stay far away from Uber. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Jamuna Future Park to Jatrabari costed 830 BDT (Having 100 BDT discount) ; I can use my car about 1 week with full AC with this much cost ; Moreover their car is not comfortable at all ; Old model car sometimes with no AC and sometimes with no proper sound system

uber wont let you make a account its being extremely annoying I dont recommend

The one time that I needed an uber, the app banned and disabled my account right after making my account and requesting a ride. I only had the choice to take uber x and when I chose to do that, it said request failed and that my account was banned. I didnt even have my account for 2 minutes! Uber will NEVER have my business!

The ETA is always shorter than any competitors, not to mention more accurate. I also find the new UI to be more intuitive to use. Overall extremely satisfied.

"Driver is completing a trip nearby" has made Uber completely unreliable. I have now repeatedly had to cancel appointments because the time estimates are completely wrong. The initial pickup estimate was 2 min, then when a car was chosen it became 6 min and "driver is completing....". 15 minutes later it says the same thing. I had to cancel the appointment I was trying to get to again. This is a regular occurrence now. I used to use Uber exclusively for travel because it was reliable. I can no longer do so. Very infuriating service now, when it used to be wonderful and fairly precise. Extremely disappointed.

Costly got the driver lost, charged me for mistakes not mine and horrible pr moves.

After my trip, i cant give the rating on the driver. Before after trip i can give rating to the driver, now only once in a while. I havent gave any rating on some of my trips.

My text messaging works fine but at signup it wont send me the code needed to make the account. The resend button doesnt help, Ive tried it numerous times and I have waited countless minutes for a code. Very frustrating!

Check your review in about a week, only you will be able to see your review no one else. I find Ubers business practices to be sneaky and despicable. Im not going to recommend this app from Uber. The Uber app pulls the resale value out of your car to Pay YOU. Uber needs to compensate and pay the drives real money, so they can fix and maintain there cars. Uber doesnt pay much to the drivers at all (Uber keeps about 60% of what the rider pay UBER). Once you consider your fuel cost, extremely high cost of ride-share car insurance, car maintenance and the terrible wear and tear on the car itself plus significant lose of value of your car at resale, especially because of the super high miles on your vehicle. The Uber app is a very bad deal for the drive. However the riders are getting a great deal on your dime and time. Sorry for the bad new.

I use über exclusively when I travel: to and from the airport, in major cities (some smaller ones) and even around town. It saved us from buying a fourth vehicle when my son turned 16. Since I work from home I dont even really need another car, except for the occasional errand. My wife and I use über when we go downtown for dinner, shows and sporting events...save the hassle of traffic and parking. The ONLY think I wish über would add is a TIP feature like Lyft. I very rarely carry cash when traveling and it would be nice to tip a driver for extra special service or to make up for short trips.

Have used Uber for a long time, but it has gotten to the point that Im saying goodbye. An issue comes up with at least every other ride now (i.e. Driver taking longer route / taking forever to find me / pin location giving absurd address) and it just isnt worth the hassle. Furthermore, their customer service is abysmal. Only using Lyft from now on.
