This time I am giving 1 star, I am not able to book cab at all after upgrading. Because when I am trying to pay previous ride its not working. Horrible upgrade ??? First, why changed logo its very hard to find. Second why so frequent upgrades its really annoying. Please makeup your mind. Just because your service is good I am giving 3 stars.

I was using Uber waaaay too much. This update is great incentive to go back to public transit. Track my location while not using the app. Not bloody likely!!

The app now only can use location if its set to "Always" allow location in settings. They removed the "while using app" setting. This is a really serious privacy concern for me. Im no longer using location services period, and entering addresses only. Please fix it. Edit: Note that I still give three stars for the app in spite of this, but above is still disconcerting.

Plus the price gouging is unreal.. seriously though, f**k Uber.

Horrible for both Drivers and Riders! Horrible! First children under the age of 18 are not allowed to ride unattended on Uber, but its not enforced for many reasons. Tons of kids use it (probably 40% minimum of Ubers business is minor children) and I have now read from a review that Uber has family plans. How do you e plain this when they TOS says no minors riding alone. This is child endangerment, its not like I havent read the news of child trafficking rings on Uber. The reason it is not enforced... If a Driver reports a minor after giving them a ride, the Driver forfeits their fare. If a Driver reports them at pick up and cancels the ride, the driver is out the gas expense of traveling to the minor. Uber doesnt at all reimburse Drivers for doing the right thing of which they want to do but cant afford to. This makes me ill. This crap does not happen on Lyft. Generally people are happy on Lyft and people know that if a ride is cancelled, the driver is going to be reimbursed $5 gas money for coming to the pick up location. But it is probably true that Uber wouldnt have any business if the minors were blocked from riding and people using other peoples accounts were also blocked rides. They would have like zero rides every day.

Wants 24/7 access to gps location - not just when using the app. KNOCK IT OFF WITH THE SPYWARE. Give us back the "when using app" option.

Haven had any problems yet. Everything has been a breeze. However I use gift cards rather than a bank account for better protection.

Im a long time and very frequent Uber rider - I live in a city and Uber all the time, and when I travel I only Uber. So saddens me to say this but Im pausing usage and going to try Lyft for awhile. The Uber quality of service has dropped considerably in last few months, with some particularly bad experiences of late ranging from dirty cars to rude drivers to the just-too-strange to detail here. I wont say never again, but certainly going to give Lyft a good shot.

Wont support this unethical company

Whenever I request a ride, I get the error message that the network failed. But it still requests a ride. It happens 100% of the time on both of my iPhone 6s (one personal, one for work)

Cant believe a company this sorry is still in business. Its a credit to the idea of ride-sharing, I suppose. Dont give them your money, customer service is non-existent. Just try to get a phone number . . .

Uber is just stealing Drivers money, and more...... Rubbish company

The unmitigated corporate greed of Uber is just unpalatable: - Tips - they used to have tips in-app but removed them to horde more or each fare. While once claiming that a tip was built in, in theyve been sued and say it is not but bury that in settings. STOP BEING GREEDY ASSHOLES. PAY DRIVERS FAIRLY AND BRING TIPS BACK!
