Lately, Ive found drivers cancel on me more often than honoring the fare. For someone who relies on the service for business, this delay is unacceptable. I will switch to Lyft (or other competitors) as much as possible going forward.

I have had it multiple times, where the driver did not arrive, I would be waiting outside for them, no chance of missing them, and than they would cancel the ride and I was charged a cancellation fee!!!
This company provides no direct line of communication. This is essential especially if a user is experiencing an issue that needs immediate attention, such as your app being hacked and personal information being exposed as this happened to me. I previously enjoyed using Uber, but after this experience I am infuriated and will not use the service again. If I could rate as 0 stars I would.
Keep getting the "Request Fail" message with this latest update. When I quit the App and reopen, it magically finds a driver to my last request. Super annoying. Need to fix.
I didnt believe the bad reviews until I tried Uber myself. My driver picked me up on the corner saying he couldnt cause traffic by stopping. There was enough space to park in the block. When I told him Im walking to the corner, he said he cant wait, I should cancel. I ended up walking 7 blocks in the snow with a toddler in my hands. Oh, and I also got a 5.00 cancellation fee which cannot be credited back???.
Whenever I am without my own method of transport, I cannot use uber. Whats the point? Garbage. No stars.
I have used the app for the last 2 years. It has been gradually getting worse. The location service is very inaccurate for the app. When using the marker is completely inaccurate. Instead if you use the exact it still takes the driver to a different address, and this happens in 4 out of 5 rides therefore causing delays.
I was in a situation where I desperately needed a ride to my hotel and it wouldnt even allow me to download the app even though I had plenty of room on my phone. I retried several times with no luck.

Between the app issues, location problems, very inaccurate pickup estimates, rude drivers who constantly cancel after they accept if they dont like the destination.... Sad
Inconvenience of drivers cancelling or showing up much later than it should take takes away the purpose of the app
This app locked me out for having to put my number on my mothers account. There isnt even an easy fix. Pure garbage.
this was my first ride with uber and when i tried to apply a promo code for new users it said it was already applied? so i assumed after the ride the promo would go into use but i was still charged.
Takes the poor driver down the worst routes in the city. Even tried going down a street that doesnt even exist yet. In the middle of SF
For some reason the uber app requires your location to be shared at all times. I guess maybe this is a bug or something since obviously they only really need your location when using the app. Uber isnt exactly the most ethical company, so you know theyre using all that data and selling it to anyone. One star and sticking to Lyft until they fix this.
