I love Uber. Its the best!

Had a great experience this morning. Both of the drivers were way before time and very friendly. I was a bit in dilemma that whether i should book a ride bcz of so many bad responses here. But i did the right thing and will definitely book rides in future too. Keep up the good work guys!!

No easy way to cancel. Terrible call a cab and you can call them back. Here they say they are sending someone but then cancel when they are passed due - twice. When I finally drive because I am going to miss my fight, they send a driver but I cant cancel because I am driving. Terrible app

I use u we to get to work and school. I had no problem with the pricing. It now it seems to raise the price each time. AND I request uber 15-20 min prior and they still dont get me on time which makes me late. And if I call early and Im not ready than they leave. Just horrible and is a money stealer.

The app is way overbuilt, unwieldy, and buggy to the point of being simply inoperable. Have had multiple incorrect charges. Customer service created barriers to getting refunds for these charges. Not to mention the corporate chauvinism and ruthless treatment of drivers this company shows as common practice. Try another app, there are many great competitors in almost every country.

This company is greatly over-rated. To make a long story short, my account was disabled without any prompt or explanation from the company (regardless of me not having engaged in any inappropriate activities whether financial/account wise/with driver/other passengers/etc.) and when I tried contacting support numerous times, I never got a response. When you call customer service, you get a long and annoying automated voicemail then get hung up on (horrible customer service). I wont even get into the confusion of using UberEats. Im surprised that theyre not out of business yet but Im sure that once Lyft and Juno are available in more locations, there will be no more Uber. Lyft, Juno and regular taxi companies are all I use now.

Uber was originally positioned as a progressive, employee first initiative. However, they have continuously proved that they care about nothing as much as money. Shame!

-The ping function is very inaccurate. - I randomly wont be able to request a driver( I live in la so how is the possible) - The driver and passenger rating system simply does not work -The navigation system is in efficient ex: guiding drivers to make left hand turns on busy streets with no stop lights.

Uber now tracks you even when not using App. You used to be able to let them track you only while using the App. Now they force you to let them track your whereabouts 24/7. More than creepy. I have now switched to Lyft. So far so good.

Every. Single. Time. I order an uber, the driver is directed to the street up the hill and behind my house. There is a creek between, so I cant even hike up there. It takes about 10-30 minutes for me to get ahold of the driver and try to direct him to the right street. Sometimes they even cancel on me. This is unacceptable because I am entering my address, including house and street name. The street names and numbers between the correct and incorrect addresses are completely different, so that should not affect the problem. Im going to try a different app because its becoming to exhausting and a hassle. Google Maps finds my house fine every time, why cant you!?

All the app is missing is an option to tip your driver! No one carries cash anymore! And when Ive had something stuck in my teeth all night and my Uber driver had floss? I REALLY wanted to give him a $100 tip. But I couldnt. Because I had no cash and Uber doesnt let me tip thru the app on my credit card.

Ive been using uber for a few months now and theres ALWAYS an issue. Either the app OR the drivers! And now theres a rate hike up?! Bye Felicia......Switching to lyft!

Garbage app

The app keeps changing the pickup location to one a couple of blocks away. The address entered is on 1st ave in seattle, so it is valid. Tried three times.
