Tried 3 different cards with money on it, all rejected why the hell in this world would that be happening it seems suspicious

I was told Id be charged $13.54 then I received my email receipt of $24.45. I emailed uber and they told me it was my fault and that the APP DID tell me it was going to be $24.45.

Customer service gives you the same canned responses every time. You cant even speak with them on the phone. Download Lyft instead. Rides are way less expensive and their customer service actually cares about your experience.

I get picked up first but dont get dropped off until people who got in after me get dropped off? Waiting an extra 10 min? Sounds fair. Deleted and got Lyft.

An uber driver tried to take advantage of me and my friends and tried to scam us. Uber refused to take responsibility and provide a complete refund. I have encountered a similar situation with lyft and received a complete refund. Unsurprising for a company that supports Trump. I, like many other people, will be deleting my Uber account because of their complete lack of ethics.

I love using uber, its a great way to get around without the hassle of me using my own gas or putting more miles on my vehicle. UBER IS AWESOME!

If I could, I would rate 0 star. Uber is not what it used to be anymore, very very very terrible user experience, especially the page of sharing the trip with friends!

Uber should be ashamed that they require their customers to forfeit all of their privacy in order to use the app properly. Whether its for efficiency or profit (lets be honest, its obviously the latter), Ubers new approach to location services is dangerous. Who in the world would want Ubers hotheaded CEO to know, literally, their every move?

I was supposed to receive 15 dollars off my next trip automatically and even have the email from uber. The credit never applied and its impossible to get someone to give it to me. Finally found an email and the support person refers me back to the app. What a joke.

I was charged double the amount on my receipt and when I contacted costumer support all they could say was that the driver reported issues with the ride so he needed compensation, and when I asked what the issue was they would not tell me and proceeded to tell me "you were not charged twice" and that the issue was resolved and Id be sent an updated receipt. They do not listen at all and are a shady company.

Theyre total scum for so many issues. And the app barely works anyway. Terrible customer service.

Uber maps is now giving the longer way to the destination, they should fix this, it wastes times and money.

Ive had this app for about 6 months and every now and then (seemingly the only times I really need it to work) itll only connect me to drivers 20-25+ minutes away when it says and shows other drivers MUCH closer and this leaves me being extremely late. Itll connect me to drivers and then not tell me where the car is and sometimes wont connect me at all when I clearly see cars in view. The one that happens most often and bothers me the most is only connecting me with drivers the farthest away. When I use uber its because I have to be somewhere and dont have the time to be waiting the extreme waits it has connected me to. Plus if I cancel it (applies a fee) and try again ITLL CONNECT ME TO THE SAME EXACT DRIVER I CANCELED FROM. I am truly done with uber and will be trying to find a much better car service app.

Driver gets a 5 star rating. Uber gets a 2 star rating. Ubers directions via GPS did not give correct directions to the address of the destination. I know because I speak french. It directed the driver to a place around the corner and down a bit. As a result, the driver spent unnecessary time snd miles attempting to find the destination.

This app is completely useless. I literally cannot even login to use it anymore. On the rare occasion that it does let me log in, theres just a frozen white screen into eternity of nonfunctioning nothingness. Why is there even a service if no one can use it???? ????????????
