I downloaded the app and the name came up as Rmsad Khsad, with no way to edit or fix this. I sent a message to Uber and was notified two days later that the account was canceled. I tried reloading the app and it came up with the same stupid name. I posted them again and never heard back!! I tried reloading the app twice again and it comes up the same way. Obviously too big to know what theyre doing and they dont care!!! try using a real service like Lyft & dont bother with these guys!!!

I have experienced drivers driving in the opposite direction of where I was, which I later found out was a way for the drivers to receive a small payment without serving the customers. This would work well if everyone was ethical, but thats a dream thats too far away from today. My friends and I were charged $160 for a $10 ride, due to there being a very small mess. This has prompted me to delete the app and go for alternative companies, that wont make me feel like they just want to get money out of me for bad service.
You get billed automatically when the driver doesnt appear if its been over 5 minutes. This happened 4 times to me and each time I get a msg saying Ill get a refunded credit but it hasnt happened. Customer service is just automated responses. No human support. Terrible.
We use Uber pretty often in several countries (US, France, Italy and other). And it always turns to be good. I recommend this App.

They say you get a free credit but if theres another promo in your bank it takes the cheaper one out first. Got 5% off a ride instead of the $20 credit I have. Emailed customer service and they just reuse the same templates. Dont even make an effort to connect to a customer. Ridiculous. Will be using lyft exclusively now.
You can see by all the reviews that this version is broken by many definitions of the word. Fix it or my review, and many others, will stay.
Cant get the watch app to work. Tells me to log in on the phone. I do. Doesnt work. Uninstalled and reinstalled still doesnt work. These guys really should quality control their work.

I rarely leave reviews but my experience with Uber has been so infruriating that I feel the need to let people know how rude the drivers are and how ridiculous Uber works. There have been multiple instances where I waited for the driver for 10+ minutes at the pick up spot, and I had to call the driver to follow up. Driver was super rude and just drove past me claiming that he didnt see anyone and cancelled on ME and Uber charges ME for it. This is ridiculous. I seriously think that the driver cancelled on purpose to get the $5 fee without doing anything. Switching to lyft/via/Juno. Avoid Uber at all cost!

I love this app so mush because its just so much cheaper than lift , more better because how they offer alot of promotions and deals unlike lift they only promo you get is only when you sign up.
The Waiting Period NEEDS To Be Extended By At Least 3 Minutes. The Drivers Ive Experienced Have Been Rude, Have Not Waited The Full 2 Minute Grace Period. Also, The Driver Should Be Required To Call Said Uber User So There Is No Miscommunication. The First Uber That Cancelled Me Drove Right Past Me & Preceded To Say That He Didnt See Us.. I used to love uber but lately they are beyond poor in app features as well as customer service.
The app will now update the pricing if the driver cancels and does not notify you or ask you to accept the change in pricing.
I think the problems started after the most recent update. When I confirm a uber pickup it tells me its system is down, and then ten minutes later, Im getting a call from a driver saying hes in the location. My trips are not even showing up on real time. And at the end of the trip, uber sends you an email receipt of the trip and the price wouldnt match whats being charged! When I checked my bank account, not only did they charge me more for the trip that was stated on the receipt, Im charged multiple instances, and I have no idea where these charges come from. Uber calls it a holding thing, I dont know, but it never happened prior to the most recent update. I use to like uber for its straight forwardness as well as the convenience it provides, its becoming a little shady now.
App bugs out where you will get connected to a driver where he doesnt connect with you so youll sit there for 10 min before he tells you that he doesnt see you on his rider list when you call. This happened multiple times, then after the app bugs out you might be forced to pay more because prices change
