Someone used my email to create a fake account. I know this is not the fault of uber, but I simply tried unsubscribing from their website and it wouldnt let me. I contacted them and asked the email be removed from said account and not allowed to be used for others. Theyve allowed it for yet another one. They have no customer service call lines. You can only send an email on specific forms. They dont monitor their drivers or accounts enough for safety. Ridiculous company.

Called an Uber for myself, my husband and in laws. The driver showed up (with her mom in the front seat) and was surprised we had 4 people. We had to call another Uber, wait 15 minutes, while resulted in my in laws missing their train and having to wait for over an hour. When complained to Uber, they did nothing.

Its also great for getting to/from airports since there are often fixed rates between airports and major cities (which end up being quite cheap). No reason not to give Uber a try since the first ride is free with the code SNSS0.

Account got hacked and someone is Russia used my card.

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, also services can be very unreliable. I recently booker a car, it could not find the way, had to cancel And order a new one, it took several tries to finally get a driver. Have been picked up at that address over 100times...

receipt, goes from subtotal if $14.62 to $21.54 without an explanation. I received an email that the destination was different. I was dropped off across the street, causing the driver to drive less. No one to call. If they dont want to help you, their ignore your help request. No phone #. Today was my first time using Uber. If this is your type of service, Im ready to delete the app & challenge the charge on my card

The app is very limited; cannot even retrieve your password if you forget it. And now - it keeps trying to update, and it crashes - so its completely unusable. Even tried deleting it, to reinstall it - but does not even allow you to delete it!!! You can press delete all you want, it confirms, then does nothing! Still "reinstalling " for the last 3-4 days!!

No need for "always" location activation.

Terrible terrible. Never has service and always unable to load due to being "too busy at this time"

I have been waiting for my car for 25 mins and your estimate said 10. This is absurd. I am at the airport, next time Ill just take a cab. Uber is the worst

The app worked perfectly before with "when using the app only" location setting, removing that option is user hostile and actively makes the app worse since "never" is an inferior experience that makes Uber hard to use. Oh well, thats just more money for Lyft I guess.

All of my drivers are either super sketchy or really old and dont know how to use their phone. They drive like 15 under the normal speed limit or act like theyre scared to drive. Its annoying.

Fares are becoming out of control time to time, and for only very small distances I must day 3-5miles.. $7 comon lol

Uber is sh*t

First time using Uber services , the app was so easy to use and I was able to get a Uber driver to my location less than 5 minutes, talk about fast service. Great application and easy to use
