Bad organisation i wouldnt recommend it

The app is great and the drivers are great—until they arent. When they arent, Uber sends you a canned response and doesnt take any time to follow up. Furthermore, they dont feel the need to address further concerns with the level of customer service, and leave it at that. I know that crowdsourcing leaves holes in the product, but the least they could do is make it seem like they care. Very disappointed in a service that I used to champion, and less likely to use Uber in the future— thats for sure.

This app needs to be updated to only access a users location "only while using the app". To have location accessed all the time drains battery power.

I used to be a loyal uber customer, up until recently where uber has fraudulently charged my debit card almost $700! And it is difficult to reach out to them since they have no phone line. DO NOT USE UBER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CARD TO BE HACKED!!

Already about 3-4 times even if you cancel the trip before driver puck it up Uber will charge you full amount for the trip and then you start endless discussion with support. My money has not been returned to me. In Dubai I would recommend to use Careem!

First time using them, I entered my location & where I wanted to go. It said $38 bucks to do the ride after ride trip cost $68 with no warning driver got lost!!

I hate Uber and everything about it. I used to be an Uber driver. I quit because they treat the drivers like sh!t. I hope someone sues them out of business and beats the crap out of the owners of this retarded so called company!!!

Very easy to use

Love this app ..but in some places they charge more than lift ...I recommend to Release many offers often, so customers always loves to know more about Uber and make they assume that they saved some money

Uber Black driver cancelled on me twice after confirming I was going to synagogue. Said his tire pressure gauge went off so he had to cancel... why accept the second time around?

There no way to communicate with support center while in trip. The only way to communicate to them is to "complain" about the trip when it is completed, and even then your messages are answered by an automated system and not a live person. What if my life is in danger? What if I am communicating that they just didnt charge me the right fare? Seriously, even if you speak to a live person they dont get any smarter than bot.

Save time and headache and just use use Lyft

The app is glitchy. The wait times are terrible. Unreliable, got unmatched with drivers after 15 min+ wait. Bad customer service. I only use it when I literally have no other option.

Ive had Uber drivers call me several times asking if Im going to a specific area, and when I tell them no they ask me to cancel the ride. That is rude and unprofessional, and when I try leave a review it only brings up the driver who actually took me where I needed to go. I will be using lyft from now on. They have never asked me to cancel and have always been kind.

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon “arezooa" to get $20 off your first ride!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

Literally no customer service "only a help section that just messages you some automated answer than marks it as resolved" wont accept most payment methods including their own uber credit half the time....I have my PayPal and $50 credit still yet %50 of the time I still get "payment failed method". Considering the account balance and it only happening half the time. I can only blame this app. USE LYFT!!!
