Messages are not getting through to the drivers in México City.

Anything from trying to access my contacts to always tracking my location. Im done with uber and their scummy practices.

Credit card scanner terrible. Took 5 different cars and 15 minutes to capture. App NEEDS manual credit card entry option. I almost gave up.

1. My Apple Pay NEVER works. I keep getting greeted with a payment error every time I reopen my app to request a ride. 2. Its no longer easy to change the contact number thru the app. I now have to call and then manually key in my number before I can actually get transferred to the driver. This is a problem because it wastes a LOT of precious time when you need to direct the driver or if they pass you by. Why did you remove that feature?

Uber app works all day then tonight it says my app is out of date and I cant request a ride until I update. Well... the app is too large to update unless your on wifi so we were stranded until I could find a restaurant with wifi. Not cool Uber.

Decent app for what it is (personally Ive experienced a lot of glitches that ended charging my card for things I didnt do), but the customer support is the worst Ive experienced. If youre thinking about getting this Id stop now & try lyft instead

The new update doesnt make sense. If I want to just get into the app to check a previous ride or my card or something there is no way. It only allows u to select a location to pick a ride.

Man has uber changed. Invasive privacy controls are just too much for me to handle. Much better off using the pink card instead.

My order was an hour late. Driver was very nice but the delay and cold food wasnt worth the "convenience" offered by Uber Eats. Unlike Amazon Restaurant, Uber didnt offer a credit or compensation. I deleted the app. Disappointment every time Ive used it.

After one of their drivers sent me to the wrong location, I was still charged. I tried to reach out to customer service to fix the problem and was met with nothing but condescension. Im never using this app again.

Uber has been great in that it revolutionized how we get around. BUT if you ever have an issue with your account or a ride it is nearly impossible to contact someone at uber. There is one phone number listed online and that just refers you to the app. What happens when your account gets hacked and you get locked out? I emailed through their help section online, I messaged them on Facebook and Twitter but still no response after an hour. This is completely unacceptable, unsafe, and irresponsible. Uber needs a true help line.

This app is straight garbage. Trynna use up all my battery life... SIKE.

If youre happy having the app crash consistently and being over charged regularly - then this is the ride service for you. Thank goodness there are other options. Very poor and inconsistent customer service.

This is app is so buggy and poorly designed. Lyft is way better. Made the switch a year ago and couldnt be happier.

Everytime I order uber to go home, Ubers system always takes the drivers to somewhere behind the apartment complex where I live, to a completely different street. Its really annoying. Please fix it.

I ENTERED THE INFO CORRECTLY

I was charged extra for the trip which I never a part of. There is a big flaw / bug in your app and your way of calculating the trip cost and your system. I was charged extra after the trip was ended. This is very annoying and result in uninstalling the app.

Wow, I was waiting for my uber and he didnt even show up. But i was charged $75 for a ride I didnt take. I asked for a refund but they said no and the driver arrived to your destination. But i didnt even ride the freaking uber. Bad company. Ill use lyft from now on.

Uber pool routing is ridiculous. I am two blocks away from my destination, but it matches me with another passenger and the trip took 10 mins longer. This is insane.
