No respect for customers. Dont ever use their pool function. Its designed to lower cost, but what it does is take you 20 minutes off route and a huge headache. I sent them a message. And they agreed that it was a bad route choice, time wasted and pool grouping, but they felt the fare I paid was fair. Total bs. I use Uber so much, and the lack of respect has made me look elsewhere for a ride even if its a tad bit more expensive.

How does a $54 ride end up being a $68 ride? For some reason, Uber likes to choose the longest and unnecessary route. Please fix this asap.

Find anything else to use. This service is a scam. They charge fees for things you did not agree to. Total fares are estimates. Do not use for any reason.

My car is dirty where you put you feet morons. They are called floor mats and supposed to get dirty wish Uber does away with the commenting and rating system and put in place more snooping tools to know what kind of morons the fares are before pick ups,and criminal checks on riders for driver safety that would something.

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon “arezooa" to get $20 off your first ride!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

if I dont give drivers turn by turn directions they always pick the worst route possible.

Why do you need my 24/7 location it is really invasive!

This is the worst customer service I ever deal with it, I get harassed by a driver, and they didnt do nothing about it, and I give this company a second chance. Yesterday I was drove home by a maniac that they charge me 17 dollars for it,again they dont nothing about it, I also lyft that customer service on point,quick and very concerned about their clients. Im deleting this app for good, and I hope people stop using this company.they are only concern about making money. Be careful

I always have had good service from Uber drivers, but the app and website are a constant problem if you travel internationally and/or swap SIM cards in your phone. There always is a payment problem and/or account lock. I guess that I am just not supposed to need an Uber ride if I am overseas. That why I also use the Lyft app.

Many of the reviews on here are rating the drivers or problems with the Uber service. Id like to see reviews on how the APP is working or not working for people.

Removing until tracking can be set to while using app again. I travel for work, and spend hundreds a month on ride sharing. That money is going to lyft or taxis until the invasive tracking stops.

They claim up to $20 in cost for my first ride (literally the only reason I was ABOUT to use it), the the code is invalid!! Yay! They had me put in all my information for the code to be invalid! The part that really ticked my off was googling how to use it and finding out the promo code they show WITHOUT ANY IN-DEPTH EXPLANATION I guess I needed to memorize or know ahead of time to copy and paste it before finalizing my sign up. Its obviously a ploy to get new people signed up and with the knowledge that ITS FOR NEW USERS lack any explanation so you give all your info and then lose out on the offer that got you signed up. Deleting this crap ASAP. Tricking new users gets you no money, a bad review, and a bad reputation. Congrats!

After last update the app just doesnt launch. Even after re-install. Fix it , I dont want to restore my IOS because of your app

I had used uber for almost 5 years until recently. My buddy and I took a ride on a Saturday night. My friend left his glasses (prescription) and I left a hat behind. The following morning, I contacted uber which put me in touch with the driver. The driver never returned any of my calls or messages. However, he confirmed to uber that he found my hat. Then then told me he would contact me about meeting to return it. Long story short, its been well over a month and I never heard back from the guy. My real question is, why the heck would uber tell you that your driver has your belonging, but not return it to you?! Such bad business! They passed the buck onto the driver and he wasnt responsible enough to meet up with me to return my hat. He also claimed he never found my buddies glasses which I think is a lie. Uber is like any other major company in this country, all about profit and they forget who helped them get to where they are.......the rider.

I used uber to work every day with my prepaid card and loved it and I only found out recently that they dont allow them so they stopped my card from going through, and Lyft is too expensive so now Im forced to take the bus...thanks uber

Switched to Lyft and couldnt be happier. Able to tip drivers from the App, better business practices, plus they dont treat women like objects and second class citizens.
