No need for you to "always" know my location. I have turned location services to "never" and prefer using other transportation options

If was a choice to grate this company -star

This is the worst customer service I ever deal with it, I get harassed by a driver, and they didnt do nothing about it, and I give this company a second chance. Yesterday I was drove home by a maniac that they charge me 17 dollars for it,again they dont nothing about it, I also lyft that customer service on point,quick and very concerned about their clients. Im deleting this app for good, and I hope people stop using this company.they are only concern about making money. Be careful

Latest Version Missing Scheduled Pick Up Icon

Im all for advancement of the application and I loved the scheduling feature but the icon is now missing in this latest version. I just used it a few weeks ago. There is literally no way to schedule a pick up.

Too many invasions of privacy

To me, it is unacceptable that this app should be able to track you at all times, whatever they may say the use or restrictions are for. This along with how the drivers are treated compared to other services is why I have switched from using Uber.

customer service, constant surge prices

Ive had two instances of unsuccessful refunds where the app says I will be refunded and it never happened, multiple weeks later. Surge prices are also continually on when I try to go to ride. Have had better experiences with Lyft, the main competitive advantage of Uber was cheaper prices and now thats gone too.

Horrible

This would be no stars but I have to at least put one. Horrible customer service. I have used Uber for a few years now but recently its been trash. The app will give you one price then charge you more, Ive had this problem numerous times this year. Ive message customer service and they just say it will get fixed but nothing. I recommend using lyft, although its a little more pricy at least you know upfront thats the price you will pay.

They gave me my money back

The driver charged me twice so I complained to uber and they put the extra fare in my account

Feedback extortion for tips

The whole point of uber is being able to pay with your phone and not worry about cash. Drivers are now giving bad feedback if you dont tip. Try Lyft, where you can tip through the app.

Honestly this is so bad

I can get my account banned so easily, its so annoying. Even Kendall Jenner got banned haha.

In app issues ??

I dont know why but for some reason when I close off the app from not being able to connect to a ride it still puts me through a few minutes later after failed attempts without me noticing …For example i tried to reach out to lyft for the first time from a failed über connection and it wasnt until the end of the ride I noticed that über was the one who dropped me off please fix this issue I feel it will cause Unnecessary ride cancelations fees thanks

App getting worse by the day

The algorithm has become trash. The focus has moved to the driver instead of the end user.

$5 Cancelation Fee

Im in a city that Im not familiar with and my App said I was in one place when I was requesting an Uber and I was really in another. The uber driver told me that he would still pick me up by he was 6 min away from me. I told him that I was going to to just request another one and he said ok. I had no idea there was a cancelation fee and I had no choice but to pay it to get another uber. Since this was my first time using uber I requested a refund if he ridiculous cancelation fee. They said no. I argued and they gave me a $5 uber credit. I doubt Im ever going to use this service again. So Im still out $5 dollars. Not a very forgiving company.

No Support if incident

Have ridden Uber on about 5 occasions. My last ride, the Uber driver jumped out of the car at me and tried to throw a punch at me. There is no support for this to get in touch with somebody from Uber immediately. You have to go through several support options in the app until they validate that your issue is worthy enough to provide you with a phone number for you to reach them. After contacting my local law enforcement and submitting a "report" within the app, I received a call from Uber an hour after the incident for the issue with which they claim to take seriously. I will no longer be using this service or any other of this type as there is no regulation as to who gets hired to perform the work. Use ride sharing at your own risk.

I am disabled. They gave me LiNK driver, had an Ubber driver 2day. He was nice enough. I left my keys in his car. Wen he picked me up tho, a phone number appeared (602) 883-5673. Needed 2 call him back after drop off because I left my keys in his car. Wen I called that #, the message came back with a WHOLE other number and area code as the call back. Something aint ryte. Dont trust Ubber! I styll dont have my keys. I might get raped or worse. My name is Beryl Brockington, 2day is Saturday, May 13th, and I used Transportation of IEHP at 4:40pm and I am scared 4 my life.

Being unfairly charged

I did like using Uber until this weekend. We took a trip from the restaurant The Melting Pot in Houston back to our hotel which was right down the road less than 2 miles. After being dropped off, the driver either forgot to end the ride or purposely didnt end the ride and said that we drove all around Houston using 59 and 610 which was not the case. When I tried to explain this to Uber support, Im being blamed for entering the wrong information. I dont know how many more times I can say "I put that we needed to be dropped off at Hyatt Place, and that is where we were dropped off within a few minutes of getting in the car" and yet Im being charged for a trip I did not take to a location that I dont even know what it would be. Have no idea whats on the street he said he dropped us off at. The chain of emails between me and Uber support is just ridiculous. All I asked is that they adjust the trip to the one we actually took. I feel like thats a fair request.

InApp Chat

The integration of an InApp Chat would be really helpful since changing your number (internationally) isnt very convenient
