Keep fighting! Uber is doing great things in the fight against unnecessary government regulation that serves no purpose other than suppressing innovation and maintaining the status quo. Also, I am a huge fan of Greyball! Using technology to fight back against governments bad-faith attacks on innovation ?.

I tried to make an account and have a confirmation code sent to my phone but it never came. Oh well using lyft

If you plan to travel to countries where you arent familiar with, Uber would be the one best option to keep away from dirty tricks of Taxi or any private transportation.

Use lyft instead, also if you delete uber the app it still takes up data on your phone

Worst customer support ever Ive been emailing them for a week with the issue still at hand of my phone being stolen. I now owe them money because someone used my card and had overdrawn my bank account then used a bad form of payment I assume now I have a balance owed. Screw it im going to use Lyft

Ive been using uber for commute for a week. The navigation system on uber seems really unprofessional and it directed the driver to the wrong location for 3 times! Every time I had to tell the driver, no this is not where I want to go and use google map to show the correct route. Im very sure that the address I gave uber was correct, because even on uber navigation, arrival is pinned correctly. However navigation just seems random! Please fix it!

Cant believe Uber is getting by with this app! Card payments dont go through and if it doesnt, theres no way of going and making a payment later and then it just wont allow u to schedule another cab! The help section is absolutely useless. I was using uber everyday despite the horrible payment problems. But now Im really sick of it. Here I am saying take my money, uber, just get me my ride every morning. And uber says u have outstanding payment sorry. How do I make the payment? God knows! Bye Uber, Im taking an Ola

The application is good but fails in many dimensions: - waiting time is totally wrong and unstable - drivers accept courses and go to other part of the city without any control - it fails to deliver when you need it the most Im looking forward to get more and more competition and alternative app offering. In one word: Not professional.

The GPS and mapping and routes given to drivers needs a lot of improvement

Will say driver is 5 mins away and they will actually already be there. Driver can only find me half the time cause it will say Im somewhere else then driver will cancel on me which they should not be able to do. Taxi doesnt cancel on you.

Ive used uber 5 times. Never had an issue with the app or with the drivers. Obviously theres some negative press right now but my isolated experience has been great.

Uber started out as my favorite app when it first came out now Im starting to notice a lot of bull.. today I was at the mall attempting to get a Uber , first time I tried the cost was 9.69 as I was in the middle of ordering, my phone lost wifi connection so it didnt go thru but once it connected again the price refreshed to 14.72 .. I disconnected wifi and reconnected and th price went back to 9.60 , I clicked request ride as soon as I seen the price but my phone had died as it was searching for a driver.. once I get home later I charge my phone and check Uber , apparently Uber still sent a driver after my phone died and decided to charge me a cancellation fee ... Im completely over this app now , switching to lyft..

There really isnt a valid reason to always track users.

---UBER doesnt disclose pricing anymore. Cant tell surge, per mile price. Hiding costs. Illegal. You are the only game in town that has the most business. Lyft is there but not close. Your LA Rates can be liveable and you make more money. People have no real choice they will use Uber even at normal rates. Hhhhh

Constantly overcharging and not refunding the money. I had driver get lost on the way to the airport and not tell me. Her phone was dead so the GPS on uber didnt track her extra 40 miles off track. I ended up paying $100 for my ride and missed my flight. They gave me $5 credit for more uber rides not even a refund. $5 lol. What a joke. Absolute scam.

My biggest gripe is having to turn my location services on and off when I use Uber because theyre so shady I dont trust them enough to track my location 24/7. Then I read they pulled some sleaze on phone fingerprinting and tracking even when this app is uninstalled. Finally I read today they were in bed with an email management company to track one of Ubers competitors customer receipts. I could go into further details in other published activities but my thumbs are getting tired.

Its no wonder youre rated a big fat F with the BBB. Shame on you!

Will enable all gps so I can use app. Lyft for me.
