Wont except my payments through PayPal or Apple Pay. TRASH! And Im using a actual bank card . Needs to accept all types of payment. ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS APP!

What a slime company and a slime app. Now they fingerprint on top of not letting you turn off gps setting to only work while using the app

The part that I hate about this app is that we have to keep the location services on always. Why dont you give users the option of turning on the location services only while the app is being used? Why on earth do you need the location of a user at other times. Each time i need to request Uber, I have to go to settings and switch on location service. Terrible.

Showing drivers to accept rides before completing the current one tends to lead to the time estimated never being right for pickup. Time and time again I see the pickup arrival count up instead of down.

Manipulates prices, politicians and users. Stay far far away

I installed the app for first time two days ago and found that an account associated with the email Ive used for 12 years had been "prehacked" by Rmsad Khsad (google this name and youll see many others have had the same issue.) Due to the pisspoor design of the app, I didnt discover this until after Id entered my home address and credit card info. Ive been trying unsuccessfully to get the account deleted ever since, to no avail. Really, the worst initial experience Ive ever had with a company, and Im 60+. Never using this POS company again.

So first of all the promo code we used didnt work. And there is absolutely no customer service!!! Dont download end of story.

I will NEVER use Uber again. Between the location services running ALL THE TIME in the background to uncoordinated Customer Service, the only thing left is the drivers. NEVER take Uber Pool. The drivers cant see your address, so they call you. Once they find out youre not going far, they call/text to tell YOU to cancel. They lied about where they were. They pick and choose their riders based on distance. Whatever the company is doing is ruining the driver/rider experience.

Privacy policy is a joke, and the drivers can be downright dangerous.

For some reason the app will no longer accept any of my payment cards, theyre all good, no limits or holds, but the support from Uber has been hopeless, standard template replies asking to turn the phone off for a minute, delete and reinstall the app etc etc. waste of time, switching to Lyft.

Piece of junk. Uber should be ashamed of putting such a crappy app on the market given how much they charge. I am done with Uber.

This app barely works, the company is shady, just use Lyft.

Hopefully, I managed to restore an old version of the app. Please, change that sneaky setting, or I will stop using the service. And also, drivers are commonly cancelling rides these days, so you have to manually request for another ride with a higher fare! Unfair! On recent news they have disclosed how shady is Uber. Selling location info and buying data to unmorally own the competition.

The service is very convenient but the app is very poorly designed. Uber also charges you to book your ride and split the fares UM ?!

Terrible drivers always doing sketchy things (ex: driving around to not pick you up) I saw myself calling uber to get money refunded over and over again. Their app can be all nice looking but the important thing, service, is terrible. Now since I installed uber once they might be tracking my phone too according to the latest news.

I love Uber! Quick, efficient and cheap.

Im glad so many people dont like uber. They have so much wrong. Phone number issues, grouchy dumb drivers, cant tip in app, allow police undercover to drive. They havent thought it through, though...they make mistakes. Common uber, fix it.
