This is great for errands, a night out, or just designated driving, honestly.

The new update is very disappointing. It prompts to enter a 4 digit code and never sends this code via sms. Support tells us to send a copy of a receipt with my number and receipts dont include phone numbers. Waste of time with this app and same for several friends and family. Awful support. Changing to another provider.

Ubers Pool system is uber bad. Like, it has this tendency to randomly pick up customers after you just passed their area. Uber makes you delay a lot too because of that.

Thanks for showing me I was getting charged the regular price and then as soon as I request bumping the price up 10 dollars! And then making me pay a cancellation fee! Screw you uber!

Driver never showed up and when I gave him a call to see what was going on he claimed to not be my driver and said had no idea what I was talking about. So I canceled the ride. However uber charged me TWICE, once for the ride I never got and then an additional $10 out of nowhere. Emailed the company and they said they would fully refund my money, but that never happened! Only got back the $10 that they were never even supposed to charge me for in the first place!

Uber works pretty good for me, I say lyft and uber are pretty much neck and neck uber is cheaper it really depends on who you driver is to determine the car cleanliness.. Use my code aishab2514ui

Massive invasion of privacy but yet another 3rd party. Why should I share my location when I am not using the app. Lyft does the require it

Location services option needs to go back to switch on only when using app. Theres no reason to "Always" require sharing my location. Lyft doesnt have this problem. Keep updating to clear the bad reviews out everyones just going to keep reposting them.

Credits disappeared in payment option. So recruit more good SDEs (for both backend and front end) to keep a good user experience.

High charges

Hi! I love yall and THANK YOU for the flat rate option ???? I just wish I had the option to tip your drivers through the app, like I can through the Lyft app. To be perfectly honest, that would help me to use Uber exclusively. Again, thank you for the consistently great service!

Removing the surge %? Why would you do that? Because people are more likely to pay if they arent paying a set surge fee. Why did you remove the extra payment amount from the info tab? I know why. App deleted.

Seems to be some movement/ timing issues in the map. But THE biggest issue I run into is airports. I want to be able to set an exact pin location and be picked up there. Often at airports it defaults to sending me to terminals that I cannot access, otherwise I wouldnt need Uber. Thank God cabs are not extinct yet.

Drivers: 70% are great, 25% are not alert/ proactive drivers 5% have cancelled on me, including one that drove away as I was about to open the car door. The app needs to enhance some basic feature: why should I be limited to only Home and Work as favorites? Why cant I review a trip more than 5 minutes after the ride completes?

I ordered a pickup and the driver was going to take 25 minutes to get to me, so clearly I canceled it and got a 10 dollar cancelation fee, even though I canceled it immediately after I ordered it. Simply terrible

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon above to get $20 off your first ride!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

The app used too much storage. I removed and reinstalled it. After it Im unable to login. Get message the account is disabled
