Every update of the app makes it less reliable and less user friendly. Terrible treatment towards their drivers and passengers. Give us an optiin to leave drivers a tip. I dont always have cash for my driver.

Ive had a slew of issues with Uber as a company, but tonight was the last straw. After a driver looked me in the eyes while he allowed other riders in the car (and I was speaking on the phone, and looking him in the eyes as he did this), the driver would not cancel the trip, and when I contacted support they said they could not refund me. Do yourself a favor and take Lyft. This stress and time wasted is it worth it.

They charge you even if you dont ride with them , they create magic fee because they just are worry about take your money .they make charges to your account without your permission, Ill will never used it and Ill tell others to never do it , thieves!

Uber has turned into another evil company who sells personal data of users for money. They have made obligatory to share your location even when you are NOT using app. Option to provide location only when using app is disabled. I dont understand why a private company like Uber should know where do I spend my personal time when I am not using Uber.

My friend was almost murdered by one of their drivers!!! Shes lucky to be alive, shes traumatized, and I was terrified the entire time she was waiting for 911 to show up, this guy took her the wrong way in a stollen car and was continuously locking the doors while telling her to shut up while she screamed for help. Please do not download this app!!!

Lately every time I order a uber , the app will take the money out of my card and then say it took to long to locate a car almost immediately after ordering one. Therefore I have to order a second uber and they will dispatch that one but charge me for the both of them. Very terrifying when you check your account balance. Please fix this

Lyft it is. I dont grant ANYONE permission to use my location 100% of the time. And this app is ridiculously large. No thanks. Adios, Uber.

I am a frequent Uber user and have been using the service since it first launched in Minneapolis. However recently the Fare split feature no longer works when a friend sends me a request to split an Uber fare stating that Apple Pay is not supported. No matter, after switching my default payment to a Visa card I still get the same error! There is no option to remove Apple Pay completely and the app doesnt give any options to resolve the error instead rejecting the fare split request. Please fix!!

I have a random schedule everyday and the ability to summon someone to your location in minutes is unbelievable. Gone are the days of not knowing how Ill get home or if Im too tired to drive to somewhere when I can sit back and relax, study, or rest as my driver leads the way. The prices are pretty decent too, especially for pool.

Been using lyft ever since the #deleteuber movement but decided to give these guys a shot because I needed to split a ride with someone who only had uber. I remember why I stopped using it now. Horrible drivers, horrible interface, horrible service. Lyft from here on out, no matter what.

Do not like location services forced on all the time let me have that option back to choose. If I want faster gps give me the option to let it be on all the time dont force it on me. Makes me think its on for a different reason

The app uses behavioral economics to manipulate drivers to continue without fully compensating them. And you will be asked to allow the app to track your location at all times--not just while you use the app. Its honestly not worth it. Protect yourself at all times.
