Multiple Orders

should put a system in so that you can order more then one uber to the same location using only one phone. sometimes there are more then 6 people that want to go out together at the same time!!! would be nice to order a couple ubers all at once, especially if the people your with dont have the uber app!!!

Bad Service, Bad Company

I have rode with Uber 3-4 times a day (no car), for daily commutes for months when I first moved to California. Let me tell you, BUY YOUR OWN CAR. This company does not care about you, just your money (cliché, I know). I have had multiple bad experiences with this company, and the drivers always give you a bad rating (unless your a girl because most drivers are male).

App is horrendous and so is the customer support. Never helpful.

Location always enabled = battery-killer

Why not to allow when the app is in use?! Also why not provide some details in version release log? Otherwise whats the reason to upgrade?

Cash stolen from wallet left behind in Uber car

I took an Uber to Brooklyn from Manhattan last weekend during which my wallet fell out of my pocket while getting out of the Uber XL SUVs crammed 3rd row seat. I contacted the driver (through the apps terrible past trip help section) within 5-8 min of getting out and realizing my wallet was missing. The driver admitted to me on the phone that he had my wallet but he then refused to turn around and return it to me. Because of this new apps past trip help screen, it makes it difficult to contact drivers or partners after a trip is complete, I could not get the drivers direct phone number -- Uber acts as the middle man. I get that there are privacy issues here but driver admitted to having my property and then refused to return it...like he was holding it hostage! No wallet or ID the rest of the night (and rest of the weekend) and was left stranded, only option was to get another Uber home which was the last thing I wanted to do at this point - to get in another Uber! Hello Juno & Lyft! Had to wait for the next business day to retrieve it from a Partner (driver) Support Center 2 hours out of the way from my work & home. When I went to retrieve it 2 days later, cash was stolen from my wallet. Im still waiting to hear back from Uber after I was told to report the incident and stolen money in the past trip help section through the app so they could escalate it. No progress after 3 days. I will now file a police report since I had cash (property) stolen through my Uber experience. This is still going on after 5 days when it would have probably taken Uber driver 25 min to turn around and just return my wallet. I would have most likely given him some of my cash out of gratitude and as a thank you for returning it that night.

Allow only sharing location while app is running g.

There is still no way to only enable location sharing only when using the app. Having location sharing on all the time is a deal breaker for me. Uber: Re enable the option to only share when using the app.

Cant even get help with the system error!!

Have been using Lytf most of the time now, Been having problem requesting for a ride from Uber. Kept getting declined because of transaction is not accepting my payment. Which tried different ones, still the same. Deleted and or update my apps, still the same problem. Even sent a message to get help, worst reply ever. Told me to update payment. ???. Btw even uberEats declined my phone number to complete application fill out. Tried my friends number same thing... really uber, never will recommend our company to use your lousy apps to order company lunch for everyone! ??

never using uber again

App had bug and assigned me a wrong driver for pool ride. Got on the car and had to get out. Then assigned me a driver and changed the location automatically. Cannot contact dricer and had to cancel and pay $6.

Location always on is unacceptable

Deleting the app. Using Lyft and Juno until Uber gets it together.

Nothing else to say ! If you all (reviewers) dont want to be on Uber location services turn off your gps and/or location services. Unless youre really important(and get aroused by plugging in) there is no need to have everything on your phone off(data/wifi/Bluetooth/gps/all apps running...)

In app Tips

Come on. Allow for in-app tipping. Drivers are begging for them now, and I only carry cash for tipping. And why the hell did you change location services?

Degradation in service

Drivers have been excellent!!! Uber app and the number of available drive has been on an appearance decline after using it for almost 2 yrs.

Step backwards

Dont appreciate being forced to have location services on all the time plus no ability to tip in the app. Tried Lyft this week and was pleasantly surprised. Both issues not a problem there. I switched!!

Stop tracking me 24/7

I only use Uber occasionally. I do not want them to track my location 24/7. Bring back the "while using the app" option! Having to manually turn on or off location services for me to use this app is a pain. Its also a terrible customer experience. Customers should have the option to protect their privacy by only tracking location when the app is in use.

Are you kidding? With this update, location always or never. What happened to "while using" Turn app off or Uber will always be tracking you..

Corporate has Horrible Business Practices!

Treats there drivers poorly and unfairly. After costs drivers make way below minimum wage and the company discourages tips even though its a service industry. There rating system serves no point since there is no incentive to maintain a high rating. Great concept but unfortunately horrible business practices. 3 per mile reductions/pay cuts in less than a year and now Uber takes 25% instead of 20% cut of fare. Greedy employer that doesnt care nor acknowledges drivers as employees!
