I love the uber app but there have been too many times where I got an uber driver that didnt speak any English so they werent able to understand me when I told them to take a different turn or if I needed them to wait outside so is there anyway possible to set the app up to where people who speak English can get an english speaking uber??

The app has a bug in it where even if you select the correct card, it will default to the wrong one. Its been charging my work card for all of my rides when it should have been personal. Now I have had to make them move them all but I still have to run an expense report on it. I just deleted my work card completely from the app because Im so frustrated! I even have a personal and business profile setup!

Your first ride always is good, prices start of dirt cheap. The more you end up using it, the worse it gets. Drivers always cancel and when riders do they have to pay 2$ fee even if its the drivers fault. When you complain they only give you a stupid useless apology. 4 times in a row I have had to rate drivers 1/5. The only response I get is sometimes a refund and a stupid excuse about standards they dont uphold. To be honest I would recommend using Lyft if youre in the US, or your countrys alternative. Been 2 year user, before I used to be in Dubai. Service there was absolutely superb, here no one cares about anything in terms of comfort, easiness, service, or even cleanliness sometimes. Would leave 0/5 if possible. I do not recommend for users within the US

This app is slow when it comes to finding a driver after I have requested a ride. This problem needs to be fixed. I like the app over all. But this problem has not yet been taking care of. It needs to be now. Also the Uber Apple Watch app needs to allow people to request Uber pool. This feature has never come to the Uber Apple Watch App.

Uber now wants you to turn on location services 24/7 and they have eliminated the option to only use location services while using the app only. Forget that mess! This company is going downhill fast! And what do you update every week? I dont see any difference one update to the next. What a joke this company has become!

Great way to get around especially when traveling to different cities would recommend and reasonable prices !

App can use minor improvements like displaying the drivers picture and pic of vehicle/plate a bit larger, like when the app was first developed. In the beginning, you could tap on the drivers pic/vehicle info and see a larger pic. In these dangerous times, please do this. Id suggest it to CS, but theres no link through the app or website. Its also unfair to have a "discussion" with the driver for less than a five star review.

The service itself is great. The new version of the app is terrible. Please provide an option to only access location when the app is open.

Other apps like Lyft offer this option and you should too. Its bad enough that you are stumbling from one bad PR move to the next, could you please get your app privacy settings in order?

Theres no need for a license or a car just call UBER.

The app kept telling me could not complete transaction so I ordered a Lyft with no problem. Then an Uber driver shows up at the same time as the Lyft. Had to cancel the Uber and got charged. Get your servers and/or app sorted out Uber.

Some even come with complimentary water and candy! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have car chargers at your ready! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a cab again. Even if you want to get a black car on the occasional night out, it’s still cheaper and more convenient than hiring your own private driver. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away, and price is usually the cheapest.

One star for not enabling the option of only using location services while app is in use. I only rarely use Uber and I dont need my battery drained by having location services on 24/7. Not to mention the privacy issues. Just give me the option to have the app find my location when I start it. Typing in my address is a horrible user experience.
