Uber App Reviews

The last two times Ive use their service uberX, The cars were old and dingy. The quality was far worse than a taxi cab. The last ride the driver did not seem to know how to drive. He tried driving into oncoming traffic and almost got in an accident with me and my daughter in the car. Not sure how that person was ever allowed to drive, and I think Im going to try another vendor.

Please allow passengers to set a pin or address other than an airport terminal. I work at airports but not at the terminal, the app forces me to choose a terminal once I request a ride. I can set off airport as a destination when I go to work, just not as a pickup. The airport terminal idea was great for passengers, what about us employees.

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon above to get $20 off your first ride!!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the promotions tab on the app and enter the coupon there. Might as well try it out since it probably wont cost you a thing!!! The app is easy to use and intuitive, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make/model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button!!! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water and candy! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have car chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a cab again. Even if you want to get a black car on the occasional night out, it’s still cheaper and more convenient than hiring your own private driver. The customer support is also fantastic!!! I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away.

This company has put my account blocked as invalid even though my debit card from chase bank is valid . I had to walk home 9 separate times due to this issue. New Orleans at 3 am being a bartender is not safe. Does Uber care NO!

Prescheduled early morning ride to airport 10 miles away. Driver texted 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up that we were "too far, sorry" and cancelled. Glad we didnt miss flight. Wont use this!!!

This is my first time to try to use uber. I selected any things I need and next to the payment method but it keep showing payment has problem!!!!! Even PayPal or I used my own credit card!!! Never used it again!

You should make it to where once a driver picks a ride they have to complete it. I know they are working on their time but I feel like if you accept the ride then you clearly have time! Most drivers dont want you unless youre going to the airport. If youre not going to the airport then good luck getting a ride. Theyd call you to see to see where youre headed and if its not the airport well just know that ride is cancelled!

Its a SCAM. Do research on YouTube or google. You heard it here FIRST.

Stole money from me and accused me of lying about it then ignored my requests to speak to a higher up.

I use to love uber. Now they over charged me for a different location I did not enter. But my driver still drop me off at my drop off that I enter ? ? maybe its the driver that but it could be the system . Still its bad

Lyft is a much better service than Uber!

UBER allows user call put a pick up spot at any area without RESPECT to local traffic regulations! Many uber drivers are waiting at super busy/narrow streets which blocking traffic and creates huge inconvenience to everyone! It is illegal to stop at no stopping area uber, your app needs to recognize where is no stopping zone and disallow pick up or drop off.

I once reported an issue with one of my trips and I was contacted and refunded in literally less than 2 minutes

The driver cancels on me every time I use this app. I will walk outside and wait for the driver to pull up, and they will drive right past me and cancel the ride. I am then left with a $5.00 cancellation fee. Usually I can get this refunded, but not every time. Terrible app! The worse part is it used to actually work...

Im glad that this app proved me wrong. Lyft is way better

My driver was courteous and professional. Great ride. App went perfectly!

Not practical at all. And to maker matter worse I want to delete my CC info before delete the app, and it doesnt let me.
