I have had Uber save my skin multiple times in many different cities. I was traveling in Mumbai and Delhi last year and Uber was my lifeline. I knew I could always call them and get picked up safely. Nothing else was a easy, affordable, and safe!

Uber has been unable to reinstate my account after I temporarily deactivated it. I have had at least 15 email exchanges with customer service - it seems I am talking to a robot who is unable to read previous messages in the exchange in order to diagnose the problem. Very frustrating and unprofessional customer service.

I like Uber and us it quite frequently for my trips abroad. What I miss is a reporting tool like the monthly file Uber providing. But I would need Robert create my own report for a defined timeframe.

I requested a car pool. The driver came to the other side of the street and ASKED ME TO CROSS THE RAIL TRACK ( it is illegal + dangerous) ( i couldnt believe it) so he doesnt have to make the uturn. It was 3:20pm and there were just few cars on the street. He canceled my trip and Uber charged me a cancelation fees + pool fees. That guy named Gurjeet Driving Prius V , in San Francisco and he deserves to be fired. and this is the longest app review i ever wrote. ( the next one was not even close to this one)

No thanks. I see no need to know my location all the time. Uninstall. Hello Lyft.

Always a great service that has changed the way I get around.

Just got a new iPhone 6s and the app fails to open on it. It just stalls at a gray screen. I have tried to kill the app and reboot my phone but nothing works.

Needed to get to the hospital today while wife was home with sick 11-month old daughter. I verified my payment form was correct and ready to go. Driver continued to cancel the trip no matter how many requests were made. Let down in a VERY urgent time...will never use or recommend again

Drivers barely make any money in most places and Uber doesnt give option to tip. They shouldnt have to recommend it but it should at least be an option. Who carries cash anymore?

There are so many problems with this app but, to name the worst, they take forever to solve the simplest problem. Luckily, I dont rely much on Uber. If I did, I would have gray hair by now... including downstairs.

This version keeps crashing before it even launches. Useless

I never carry cash and most people dont these days. My husband is the only Uber driver in our very small tourist town. Please add the option to tip after your ride is completed! It doesnt have to be mandatory but an option would be great! Hes had so many clients ride with him that dont have cash who want to tip him and they forget Uber app doesnt allow it like the Lyft app does. Thank you.

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon above to get $20 off your first ride!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the promotions tab on the app and enter the coupon there. Might as well try it out since it probably wont cost you a thing!! The app is easy to use and intuitive, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make/model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water and candy!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have car chargers at your ready!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a cab again. Even if you want to get a black car on the occasional night out, it’s still cheaper and more convenient than hiring your own private driver. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away.

DO NOT USE UBER THEY STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND USE THEM!!

Lyft is almost always cheaper and the quality of service is better.

Customer service is really bad, the driver took a bad route to my home which made the trip longer and i had to pay for his mistake. Uber didnt want to refund my money. I wont use this app any more.
