Wife downloaded the app and took our first ride, now shes locked out of her account and has tried multiple times to get the account unlocked without luck, horrible service, horrible app. Definitely going to stick with Lyft.

Uber app for my apple watch not working. It says sign in on iphone, but i am already signed in and using. I have used the app in my watch in the past and liked it. PLEASE fix this issue.

No option to only give location to UBER while using the app??? Thats terrible. Uber must be sellling al our location data! Guess Ill try lift.

Uber should realize that making a guess at where my location is turns out to be a mostly futile practice. Cities are complex places, and understanding that one side of the street versus the other is an easier pick up spot is not something you can use an algorithm to recognize. Uber, if youre listening, take note: let users first manually select the pick up location. Thanks

App works terribly. Support is non-existant (unless you have a pre-answered issue). Contacting an actual person is deliberately obfuscated. Website doesnt work properly. Text authentication is broken. Scheduling a ride in the future doesnt work. Drivers dont actually respond to requests. When they do, they dont respond to the requested timeline. I have no idea why everyone is so hot on this service. Its total and utter garbage. Call a taxi.

I used uber for the weekend and didnt get the promo code I tried to use, so I emailed their support. Have since sent over 10 emails with no help being given and terrible customer support.

Great app. Better than lyft since the drivers dont beg for tips and the app is cheaper than lyft.

I hate how the settings now require that uber gets my location data even when not using the app. Creepy!

Before the drivers used to cancel on you when theyre in the wrong location and you get charged a cancellation fee. But now if they charged you the fee incorrectly the money will be credited back into your account .

But gotta improve on Ubers map, try to get the car thats nearest to you

I dont know what they did but the app now does not have a log in button. Asks me to connect via phone number or social media then says the information already exists and cannot be transferred. Good bye UBER ?

All the bad reviews on here have to be cab companies on a smear campaign bc they know uber will eventually put them all out of business. Uber is easy, fast, cheap and safe. Much nicer and way cheaper compared to any cab in all the cities Ive used uber. Only thing is I wish there was a tip feature on the app. I hate to carry cash and I think this is a much needed addition.

New app layout; bad. Also you cant see the cars nearby, which is a pretty good indicator whether its worth trying or not. Im not trying to guess and check by entering all my details and then get a notification "we could not reach the network...." Its not clear if that means no driver or broken app? Well yes broken app. Plz fix soon. Or create a feedback section in-app so I dont need to keep updating my app review here.

A company that doesnt listen to their customers is a company you shouldnt use. Delete the app immediately. One of the most hated apps in America.

Would not accept payment methods I use everyday, including PayPal. I waited 40 minutes for that last update on WiFi, only to get denied on all my payment options. Getting Lyft instead.
