no problems yet. every driver has been great so far.

Last night my friends and I were waiting for an Uber, but after waiting about 15 minutes when our Uber driver canceled on us, but then we were charged for the ride anyway.

This app is slow when it comes to finding a driver after I have requested a ride. This problem needs to be fixed. I like to app over all. But this problem has not yet been taking care of. It needs to be now. Also the Uber Apple Watch app needs to allow people to request Uber pool. This feature has never come to the Uber Apple Watch App.

I took a ride on a Uber after the dodgers game on 4/5/2017 and left my phone behind in the Uber, I finally got a hold on my driver after an hour and half of trying to get ahold of him. I asked if he found my cell phone and he said no, I asked are you sure did you pick up anyone else he said yes. I really wanted to contact Uber to see if they could contact the customer after me to see if he or she had found a cell phone but there is no contact information on Uber.com or on the app to try to help me find my lost cell phone. Now I am out a cell phone and no way of trying to get it back. Whos watching out for the customer.

Previous older versions notified the user about the Surge Price applicable at the time of booking BEFORE CONFIRMING the booking. However the Surge Pricing has been hidden in the recent versions and you Will be in for a SHOCK when the driver completes the trip and ask you to pay 2X of the normal fare. Taking a regular taxi will cost 1/2 of Urber to s charging

Shady drivers, really bad customer service.

It drains the battery of my phone so quickly when NOT using the app. It also uses your location when NOT using the app. No thanks. Id rather support Lyft that treats its drivers better and has competent management.

I live in Kirksville Missouri and I am moving to Maryville Missouri and Uber is not available in either town and I know I would make a killing in each town. Also if I needed a ride its kind of an inconvenience because its not available. Please make available!!

This has changed from one of my favorite apps to my worst rated, has not opened in weeks! Deleting

Hate the fact that when I request an Uber Im always being promoted to get an Uber Pool. Thats not cool. What if you dont want strangers to know where you live or where you work. (Potential problem) or you get a pool ride with a disgusting person like I did. Just cause its cheaper doesnt make it better. Uber rides are always cheap why make the rider cheaper. Makes u wonder how much of your ride fee actually goes to the driver.

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon above to get $20 off your first ride!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

You took away the option of sharing location only while using the app. Guess whats easier than having to go into my settings every time to re-enable location and disable location?? ...using Lyft from now on. Put location sharing back to the users choice. ADDITIONALLY, I consider this company to be a bunch of scumbags for releasing a new update every few days to wipe out the negative reviews. There are no real updates to the app. If there were it would be from listening to the rage of their users and giving back the option of location while only using the app. And Ill continue to give 1 star until they do! Update: Uber recently sent an email "noticing" that I disabled location for the App. Well no crap, thats what happens when you dont care about user privacy. Im sure they had to send out a lot of those emails to others. My location will remain disabled until they bring back the option for only when using the app, and my business continues to go to Lyft.

This app by far is better then the other taxi services in my area and cost less but it annoying when you constantly have to change locations and routes just to have a round trip and thats something that this app needs is a Round trip option then to have it double charged on you because the drivers finish there trips before you even get off knowing that they been told before the ride started that you wanted it to be a round trip but some other drivers let you do the address change to make it a round trip and I find this to be much of a hassle to do and just unnecessary

Never using this app again. Forces to always share location and generally crashes a lot. The only permissions for location services are Never and Always. I dont want uber to always have my location. They need to bring back the While Using option.

This app was so easy to use! I had a ride at my apartment faster than it took to upload the app! I did accidentally cancel 2 of my drivers reviews...and Im not sure how to get that option back so I can give them both 5 stars.

After learning about Ubers many bad behaviors over the last few months, I took great pleasure saying "good-bye" to Uber today. Hello, Lyft.

Its just a bad app on the watch... it crashes CONSTANTLY... wish it was as good as the phone app

Why would you say check back next week for updates? Just say what you updated stupid.

i CLOSED my account months ago and now theyre sending random charges to my Paypal.. going to use Lyft from now on
