Needs an update as soon as possible!!

I hope you lose all of your customers! Go to Lyft, guys. Ignore the fake 5-star review from them fools.

Totally unnecessary and very creepy to _always_ track our location. They took away the option to use it while the app is running only. Turned that off. This pushed me to try Lyft, which is now my first choice. No different from Uber, except they somehow dont need to always track me. Ubers privacy policy basically states that they can use the data that they collect however they want and sell it to whomever they want. Buyer beware. Update: havent used or opened the app since this update. Just got an email saying that I have it turned off and please turn it on. That is creepy as hell. I trust them 0% to know how to use private data.

Do You Really Want To Support Evil? Uber is pretty much evil incarnate these days, stalking people, harassing women out of work, even chewing out their own drivers. As far as the creepy stalking, Uber app made a change and now offers only the false dilemma of "ALWAYS" or "NEVER" using your location data. They do this for nefarious purposes, guaranteed. You should use Uber with location services completely disabled! It actually works better this way in fact, because you can just input the exact destination you want to be picked up at instead of having the app always try to guess where you are. Give it a try, disable Location Services for Uber under Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Uber - set to "NEVER" If they give us the "While Using The App" option back Ill stop posting a one star review every time they update the app. Until then, F-Uuuuuber! PS- why on top of everything else shady that they do, do they hate women as well? Befuddled.

Honestly I liked it at first. Drivers got me from point a to b with no problems. Noticed a few things though. No flat rate for taking the same rout several days a week so you never know what your paying. Also once your card is declined it declines all cards. I am locked out of uber because my insurance company overdraw my account overnight and I did not know about it. Even though I paid the overdue uber bill which took me a week to find out how to do, in still locked out. Still have yet to find costumer service anywhere.

Why there is no Uber Pool or Uber XL or Uber Black available in Egypt but even though its a great app and I appreciate all work done to promote it to become bigger and faster thank you.

Highly dislike uber for who you support.

Useless unless you let uber track your location at all times for their own purposes. Using lyft for the first time instead and highly recommended it as an alternative. Went from 95% uber to 5%.

Ever since the new change in look of the app the prices went up and the app isnt as easy to use. Ive been using uber for about 2 years but I cant deal with the rising prices any more.

Sucked charged me 65 dollars for a 4 mile ride in Lincoln ne which isnt a huge city at all

I feel like I cant give you enough terrible reviews and it looks like that is just the new face of uber. Dissatisfied customers and uber employees who have literally shown they dont have the business aptitude to run a company without taking advantage of the customer at every possible point. Trying to pretend like your company cares about your customers or drivers is a joke. Which is evident by the downward spiral that is uber today. Bs surcharges, drivers stacking customers, uber monitoring users who arent using the app. And they try to pretend they have some noble heart, "were not going to work with Trump cause were the good guys and we care about our diverse driver and customer base."

Completely insufferable user interface since the last few updates. I dont have GPS enabled and it intentionally will not recognize airport codes when I land (but does when heading to the airport). If it doesnt improve soon I will be a dedicated lyft rider.

Nice app and worth using; it just needs a way to tip drivers in the app.

They took away the ability to see if surge rates are in effect. In some cases, you can take a taxi cheaper, especially for short trips around a mile. Also, the app tracks your location "always." Most apps only do it "while using."

My husbands phone number is somehow still associated with my Uber acct. So he cant have an acct. On his own phone--very frustrating

Latest update wont download and I cant use the app till it does. Fix this asap

We used uber to go to dinner and a concert, after dinner and the concert we again called on uber to give us a ride home. We paid 25.00 to get to the same location that we got picked up from, our return trip we got ripped off for 158.00!!! Will never use uber again!
