Lyft is sooo much better!!!? Wouldnt even let me order a driver even though my credit card info was correct. And Even though I never actually ordered an Uber driver, I still know lyft is much better cause yall review ratings are low as hell and I always see the company on the news for something ? get it together for the others ????cause I sure as hell will never use this service!!!

1 star for using a cheap navigation system! ......

I have used uber for a while now and its just always unreliable. I will book and uber, and the drivers will accept and get to pick me up late, or literally never come and pick me up. Ive missed events because uber has been so horrible and the drivers so disrespectful of my time. Taxis cost a bit more but at least they cant screw you over like uber drivers do.

I can do everything else online. Why cant I request a ride without downloading the app? Its too much to request a ride every now and then. Allow rides to be requested online.

Good luck if you have a problem, no real person to talk to, just automated response spit out by a computer.

I was charged 3 times the estimate fare. There was NO traffic, no anything. Payed $130 for a 25 mile trip.

I ordered a uber and the guy had a heavy hard to understand accent and I told him my address and he said "I DONT KNOW WHERE THAT IS MAYBE I BE THERE MAYBE NOT" so I just got a ride with a friend and cancelled it like half an hour later then the guy finally found my house after I cancelled it and charged $5 to my credit card anyways

Well, you see, when there is an online ride-request application, youd expect that there would be intensive behavioral screening to prevent possible mishaps from occurring. Wrong. Here and there I have some great drivers but too many people have bypassed their screening process and have been terrible people and drivers. I got into one car and first thing I am greeted with is several expletives regarding the driveway, along with the stench of cigarettes flooding the car. Not only am I greeted with this problem, but he drives illegally through the center divider of the road, passing all the cars. Next he blames the potholes in the roads on the "f***ing democrats not wanting to spend money". And this wasnt even the end... I mentioned something about current events such as the update for Uber to show the routes in rainbow in support of LGBT for the pride festival, then he responds "yeah its the f***ing gays always having to celebrate, <city name> is like 60% gay, I might just move out" *scoffs*. This was especially personal to me as he was not aware that I am. What bothers me most was the fact that he didnt care who could potentially be in his car. I would very much ask for the people around me to incite a different attitude to Uber to tighten their behavioral screening process.

Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

Same issues. Update: app demands location, does not have option to share location "while using" The new version is trash. Its hard to find where other drivers are at and the cars literally look like ants. And I can only imagine from the riders perspective- being a little tipsy and trying to figure out if surge is going on. Super difficult. Dont update.

Just say no to using this company and their privacy intruding app.

Dont know what happened to this app. Tried to get ride for over an hour. Payment error.. yet still got 6 separate $1 charges. Using same payment info I downloaded Lyft and got a ride in 2 mins.

I worst drivers in the business. Always canceling or making the wrong turns. Had drivers call me to ask where I was going to see if they want to go that way. Drivers cancel after 15 min of driving around. No type of response from management either.

I just updated app so I could use in-app tipping after having a great driver this morning and it does not work. After Uber made such a big deal about rolling out in-app tipping surprised it doesnt work and of course no way to contact Uber.
