The website clearly states their will be a car seat option and there is none! Called "customer service" but its a stupid machine telling me to email them. I need an uber now not within 48hours

The gps, pick up location, and destination needs to be fix. Im being charged a lot due to your broken gps and maps

Then this is the app for you. You cant connect to their network, you cant request a ride. If you cant get a ride with a ride sharing app, what is the point?

With the new update, I only have the options to let Uber know my location "never" or "always". No "while using" option. No thanks! I just downloaded Lyft.

In recent months uber has been terrible with their customer service, and user protection. Were charged a cancellation fee immediately after ordering an uber. OK from a drivers perspective, but its unfair for the users. What if my driver is taking forever to arrive (without traffic) and Im in a rush to a meeting. Also, user reviews and complaints are no longer answered by the company. I use uber twice a day and Im very disappointed.

My account was hacked and I have not been able to use Uber since. No one responds to emails to help me use the app.

I love Uber, but getting picked up at most airports is still a nightmare. Have tried in Las Vegas, Boston and Chicago and all three are a mess in one way or another. Easy solution: allow riders and drivers to review locations (especially airports). Then you can sort the problems and tackle the most common first. Like no signage inside of Las Vegas airport and 10+ minute wait to go up an elevator that only holds 4 people (with luggage). Also, where is the landscape support for ~370 millions iPads that have been sold? If you want to stay relevant you need to support iPads (in landscape mode) for businesses that are switching to iPad Pro models with keyboards!

The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

Uber stealing $$ from passengers and drivers For example passenger pays $40 for a ride Which according to time and distances only cost $32 and they dont pay the driver 75% from the $40 No they only pay the driver $23 So Uber lies and steal $ from everyone Uber become so greedy and scamming everybody. If you dont believe me after you end the trip ask the driver how much Uber pays you And look how much they charge you.

Shouldnt add tipping. Its not 1985. Tipping is inconvenient to the customer.

Used it for 5 years, but recently drivers keep canceling trips when they done like the destination. Wait times are much longer. No longer impressed. Lyft it is.

My uncle use to use them all the time and there software must be old because he was charged in MOSCOW but lives here in LOS ANGELES! And my girlfriend used UBER EATS and was charged in SAN FRANCISCO! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT GET!!!!

Said my payment info was invalid. Double checked it, everything was right. Still wouldnt work. Downloaded Lyft, and my payment worked no problem. Bye, Uber.

I was very disappointed by uber now requiring you to agree to always having your location services on, even while not using the app. This way uber can track you at home, while at work, or while going shopping. If you choose never turn on location services, then uber has made it so that the app will still work, but the user experience will be terrible and you would just get frustrated and turn it on. Very poor app upgrade. Unfortunately, time to uninstall. Downloader - Beware!!!

First, the rate was x2.5 the regular rate, because it was a busy night. I bet they dont advertise that too strongly. Second, it kept asking for the Zip Code for my credit card - but Im Canadian. 00000 does not work, as it does with T-Mobile and others. No email address for customer service. Very disappointing experience, as I downloaded the app, shot the card and signed up while waiting for other cabs to appear! Thank you regular taxi company! Update 21 Jul 2017: Gave it one more try in Prague. Loaded the app. Driver could not find me standing alone in front of a major landmark address. He cancelled. I was charged $50 krn ($2.50 Cdn). I disputed it. Theoretically I was refunded. App would not let me bring another cab to this address. I called a local taxi company, as I will from today forward. Goodbye Uber! Junk!
