Ive taken pool a hand full of times because its sometimes cheaper than Via, the problem I have with uber pooling is the amount of snaking they do to load up a vehicle. Its never direct. Ive also noticed the cars they have on the road are getting worse. Run down. I got into a white dirty stained mini van this most recent time, the one before that was a dented Camry whos driver wouldnt get off his phone. I want to like uber, but they keep failing, and no way to reach anyone.

For anyone to drunk drive in the age of Uber is a fool. This app is making the world a safer place!

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon "cvle9" to get $20 off your first ride! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

Worst customer service in the entire business universe. Ive never encountered so many problems trying to get help or have questions answered from uber.

Remove tipping. If you think drivers should be paid less by Uber itself, then youre the problem.

Let me make it short and sweet. I had a driver who lied about my spilling a drink in his car. It took a month for Uber to credit me back the $50 they over charged me. I cant stress enough. Do not use Uber!! Lyft is so much better! Switch now!

The new uber updates is very slow and lagging the phone specially the 1gb rams phones and less. And I cant go back the old version. I tried this on android and iphone with 1gb rams . And i think I wont change a phone for an app .

Really disappointed. Opened my account; however unable to read their site properly because of temporary eyesore problem, I accidentally deleted my account when thought I was signing out. Now I am unable to reactivate my account with my own mobile number. I went online to their help site, I followed the instructions and received an email which told me Uber could not resolve my issue! Forget Uber, there are other services I can use who will appreciate my patronage and money. I went online again and found MANY other persons with the same unresolved complaint. DO NOT WASTE YOUT TIME AND ENERGY WITH THIS SERVICE!

Im a big fan of Uber, used it worldwide. Recent updates requires access to location info even while not using app! Change your policy or get out of my life, creepy stalker!

Im trying to get to the airport, enough with the updates.

The app is OK. However it needs a message box you can send to the driver if you have special needs or a special situation so the driver can prepare beforehand. Because not every person is able bodied or their situation is normal like having toddlers or elderly.

Payment rejected and this trash ban my account after telling me my problem has been solved

No thanks, uber didnt need location always on before so it doesnt need it now. Time to start making apps that meet users needs not app developers.
