Uber pool with two no shows and youre still getting more?! Can you get any retardeder?

The app keeps crashing whenever I really need it I. The airport from the club and says cant process request contact help desk. You guys need better software engineers!!!

They charged me almost twenty bucks just to go to the store which was only a couple miles away total ripoff!!

First, the first ride free thing disappeared when we tried to book, then we got notification that we were to walk downhill four minutes to meet the driver (Im elderly with difficulty walking). I could go on to explain how continued nonsense nearly ruined our evening and the fact that they tried to charge me to cancel an Uber that would not come to my door, but Ill suffice it to say I will never use Uber. Lyft worked flawlessly. They have my business.

Finally a to option. But I sure dont want it billed as a separate charge from the ride. Also please please please fix the GPS so drivers can actually PICK me up where I am.

Please allow location sharing only when using app.

I have used uber since they started but recently their drivers app seems to be giving ridiculous directions. I had a trip today that waze showed as 40 minutes. The driver said he had to go the way Uber sent him which took an hour and a half of mainly sitting in traffic. I am so annoyed I am going to start using Lyft. Also there is nowhere in the app to send feedback of Uber as opposed to the driver. So I had to give my driver a one star review for something that was not really his fault.

Ive been using uber for a couple years now as my main form of transportation in Denver. Love the Flat Rate local package when Im able to snag it. When Im not able to get that deal, I always compare the price between Lyft and Uber; these days, Uber is usually a little cheaper. That could change in a flash though.

Now I cant use Uber. My hands shake and I cant get a thumb/finger print to work. Back to Lyft.

If I dont get in a ride, how can you steal my $5? Because your drivers are not trained and cancel on me, how can you steal my money? I didnt understand why my girlfriend will only use Lyft, but now me and all my friends will never use uber again. So so weak.

Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

I used the app and it worked OK. I didnt like the intrusion on my privacy so I decided to delete the app. The extent of the intrusion only then became fully apparent. After deleting the app it re-appeared in my phone after a re-start labeled as either Uber or as Helix. Deleting in the normal manner (tap X on the jiggling icon) or deleting in Settings - General - Storage & iCloud Usage - Manage Storage didnt work. Whenever the phone was restarted (either simple turning off or hard restart) the app re-appeared and use of iCloud by Helix stayed. Uber takes over your phone!! I had to wipe the phone and restore from backup and even then the "deleted" Uber app that I had blocked from the backup was queued to be reinstalled. I was able to prevent it from being installed by tapping X on the jiggling icon before the app was re-installed. This is really outrageous. Ive never seen such egregious intrusion by any other company.

I can never connect to the Uber network when I need an Uber ride.. like ever!!! Very frustrating. When I delete the app & reinstall it, then it works fine... until I need it. Terrible!!!

Very good app to get around! There are Very nice people that you meet on these trips. Is a very essential app for getting around and is far more cheaper than a taxi.

They introduced the tip on the app, funny enough, sometimes theres no way of leaving the tip from the app...

My experience with Uber has been extremely trying. After deciding to charge clients after 2 minutes of driver wait time, I have had several rides cancel with no reimbursement from the company. Those drivers who do not cancel struggle to navigate the city, often relying on an outdated mapping system. I would recommend lyft. My customer experience with lyft has been vastly more pleasant than Uber.
