Most unfriendly of the rider share app

You cant see if the cars are available. when a the airport, a message keep popping up again and again. Because apparently the rider are F-ing idiots who dont realize that they are at airport. Doesnt show the the surge sign anymore so we can get ripped off. I cam keep going but dont have enough time to talk about this piece of junk.

Still doesnt accept prepaid cards

Instead of a $22 Uber ride, they dont accept prepaid cards so I have to pay $40-$45 to yellow/city cabs. Personally Uber gets 0 stars for me. Because the yellow cabs always take ALL of my prepaid cards when Uber is the tech company .......

Not good business to offer customer something and not deliver

Dear Uber, it is not a good business model or customer service to offer a customer an item or a service and NOT deliver. On July 28, 2017, I received an email saying ride passes are coming to Houston at the rate of $6.49 and advising me to look for an email to purchase my pass on Monday July 31, 2017. Monday came and went and I never received an email to purchase a pass. A couple days later I sent a text to uber customer service to see what happened with the promised email to purchase a pass. I received a response saying that my inquiry was being forwarded to the Houston operations office. Waited a couple of days and did not hear anything so I sent a follow up request. I received a response stating that the ride passes are in the "test" phase and basically I wasnt selected to purchase a pass. To me that did not make sense because the original email said I would receive an email to purchase a pass on July 31, 2017. I was using uber everyday to ride to work and used UberEATS one time per week. Well now Im using Lyft who just returned to Houston and have offered me a pass two times in the last two months at the rate of $5.49. Uber you lost a VIP customer with a 4.90 rider rating. Not a good business practice or customer service. Thanks for your time.

Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!

Failed Me Too Many Times

Ive attempted to get three Ubers total. I only succeeded once. Ive used the OTHER service four times now and its worked like a dream. Im deleting this app.

Sorry Uber, just nope. Not giving you "Always" access to my location.

Buggy app, awful company.

The app is super buggy and a huge battery hog. I get tons of errors, customer service is non-existent and they routinely reject perfectly valid payment methods. Left me stranded in foreign countries more than once. In Asia try the superior and cheaper "grab car". Use anything else.

It doesnt work when Im connected to wifi.

Uber Bangladesh please address this issue ASAP! Very irritating! Cant use uber when I need it the most. Also, whenever I rate a driver, I cannot "state what exactly could be improved". Kindly add that option please. Itll help you develop further.

Fare split broken - support unhelpful

I can never get fare split to work. I end up paying for the entire ride. This has happened 3 times now. I emailed Uber and they gave generic responses and provided no help or apology. "We appreciate your patience" Im using Lyft now. It works better. Update: new problem, price Im quoted does not reflect final price.

Uber left me stranded

The Uber app told gave me the details of the car sent to pick me up and when I talked to the driver of the car in question, the driver told me they were picking up another rider. Uber completely misled me

Uber better fix these issues

No privacy with this app! The app constantly uses your location and there is no way to stop it. Drivers are rude and very stereotypical.Why am I getting picked up by 65 year olds who shouldnt even be driving...

Not letting me split

For several weeks the app is refusing to let me split rides

Map needs updating

This is only because of my most recent uber, the driver was fantastic however the app itself messed up the pickup location after multiple pickups at the same spot, Im really disappointed with this because the pick up location should have little to no error the ride itself had to be cancelled and this was frustrating for me and the driver. Again I have no issue with the drivers that use uber I have an issue with the app itself giving proper directions

Irritating that you cannot share your location only when using the app

The Worst

First, it asks for your location at all times unlike other apps which you can have it on while the app is running. Second, ever since you added the tip feature for the drivers they expect a good tip in exchange for a good review. Absolutely the worst

Not working

The app is straight up not working. Im finally in a city that had uber and this stupid app wont let me create an account! Pretty hard to get my business when I cant access the service.

I wish it had tipping

I like the app. I wish it had tipping. Next time I get a starter coupon for Lyft, I will use it. I often dont have small bills with me. For saying where I am, it is great. Ahh. I know. Bring back the kittens. There was a fundraiser when you could use kittens instead of cars. I am also concerned about the ethics of this company and much of the corporate world.
