Worst app I have ever used. Account disabled and can get no information as to problem or how to fix it. Have switched to Lyft and will use it in the future.

Uber monitors your location always, not just when in use. This is the company that blogged about "hookup" trips and is hostile to employees who report abuses. Impossible to see surge prices

I was just getting out from work when I decided to call an uber to go home so I went in the app and a order a ride and after 5min of waiting a driver decided to take me and to best of my luck he made me wait 20 more min I checked the GPS and according to the Uber app he was still in the same place where he was when he accepted my ride according to the app 7min away he never got to pick me up so I decided to cancelled the ride and got charge $5 I asked for a refund and at first they didnt wanted to give me anything till I sent them a screenshot of the app and all they did was give me credit which I dont plan on using because I wont use uber ever again and after I asked for my money they shut my conversation down I can believe how needy uber is for money to steal from people like that its just so unprofessional.

Uber charges you a cancellation fee when your driver never shows up. DO NOT USE UBER!

Im really starting to hate uber . Every time I request one my driver always cancels or they are 35 minutes away . Its really annoying . Some of my drivers creep me out they say innapropiate things I know thats for any one but its constantly . And sometimes Im still charged even after they cancel . Might end up going back to using lyft

Location drains battery, poor customer service, sexual harassment scandals, only redownloaded the app for a week because there is no Lyft in Puerto Rico

Saying issue with connection. I have full connection. I live in NYC. Clicked on help button. Says "we are having issues reaching your content". I have deleted and redownloaded app 7 times and still not working and saying unavailable in my area. Had to download Lyft ):

Im not a fan of this whole "your driver is completing a trip nearby" thing. Theyre basically grabbing you and making you wait for who knows how long instead of letting an available driver in your area pick up the request. When are we getting a feature to limit the amount of time we can wait for a pickup. When ppl have to uber, its cause theyre in a rush. It makes no sense to show me a car thats like 4 blocks away and allow someone whos still on a trip to lock me down, saying 15 minutes away, completing a trip "near by."

The app has a lot of problems. I dont understand how can I be charged for a trip before I even take it( the moment I request its already charged on my credit card) . What happens when I cancel ? The prices are really high compared with other providers.

Use Lyft, not Guber

My app stopped working 2 weeks ago.. company said theres nothing they can do and stopped replying to me. Been using the app for a year now. I asked to speak to management they have yet to respond. Overall the companies customer service is bad

Theres a few glitches regarding billing sometimes. Id receive two copies of bills for the same trip. When I plugged uber ears in briefly, it threw gps off. Great customer service from the drivers.

After the new update, I will get a message saying there is a server error and cant request an uber. All of the sudden, I will get a call from a driver saying theyre there! Meanwhile, I still cant see the request was never processed on the app. I hope this doesnt happen at 2 am when I really want to get home!

App now requires me to give it access to GPS data all the time - and doesnt show driver location or estimated fare. Worse than cabs.

#DeleteUber a while ago uber wanted your contact list so they could send your mom and dad "special offers". then they took away your ability to selectively share your location. now they want your calendar. also: they intentionally and consciously do business with a nation that supports terrorism. uber accepted a $3.5 billion (with a B) investment from sauri arabia. conscience, what social conscience? ditch em. lest their new business partners morals rub off on them and they execute you for being a woman or LGBTQ or otherwise not their "normal".
