Every time I tried connecting my card to an account it said it was invalid even though I had over $300 on my card! I will never be using this ! Lyft is more advanced and yall came out b4 lyft!

Ive never had a problem with this app or the drivers. All of the drivers that Ive ridden with have all arrived on time with clean cars and excellent personalities.

The uber drive took an excessive amount of time and an out of the way route which delayed my pick up time. I canceled because I was unsure where she was going and they charged me the fee and wouldnt refund. Then followed up blaming me for cancelling because their driver went from being 2 min away to 8 min based on their pick up route. She took a turn for no reason when should could have gone straight to pick me up. Additionally I have a driver a 1 star as they almost slammed into the back of a car and they had this driver pick me up again!!!!!! Then charged me the cancellation fee again!!

Drivers kept cancelling the trip. Go back to drive yellow cab if you have such poor manner.

First time using the app and the service. Could not be happier. It was awesome. So easy to use and everything worked perfectly. Newark airport to Brooklyn. MUCH better than the car services I have been using for the past 5 years - easier, faster and cheaper

Poor service. Poor user interface. Poor ethics. Problematic location tracking!! And drains the battery. Criminal behavior. Apple - remove from "essentials". Not a consumer friendly company. Will my location data get hacked when Uber gets hacked? Why do you need my location when not using the app??? PRIVACY CONCERN!! And app quality getting worse not better. Go with the other guys. Apple- this app should be removed from "essentials" as nobody needs a battery draining 24/7 location tracker to hail a ride sharing service. This is not essential to anyone... Uber, the update you tried to sneak past us right before thanksgiving changes the location services to being able to track me even when not using the app. That is unacceptable. Just deleted the app and will NOT be using Uber anymore. #badpolicy #shameful Really a step backwards for Uber.

The rates are terrible...feel like Im being over charged for sure. A 10 minute drive should not be almost $20... especially if the driver is only 5 minutes away from my house. Its just ridiculous. I hate when I have to use uber as my last resort to get around!!! And the drivers are so awkward! Like omg, do better or shut it down.

Uber requires you to keep location services on. To keep your privacy, you have to go into settings every time you use it. What a pain.

New Interface is just awful - had a good thing going with prior version, whyd you ruin it - revert back

This app is pretty tedious to use/navigate, and the drivers always end up late. Uber isnt even close to being on the same level as its competition at Lyft.

I use uber quite frequently, and the app is great. Its so easy, I like that you can contact the driver, and I dont have to fuss with payment. Thank you uber for making my rides so convenient! ?

How Uber can keep reading all of their customers frustrations and ignore them is amazing to me. Keeping location on is a violation of privacy and a drain on battery life. They need to set more policies about drivers cancelling trips. People have been asking to be able to tip drivers for how long now?? And when will you change the current horrible logo back to the "U". As my grandmother would say, "you threw your candy in the dirt." Au revoir.

It says the drivers name- kind of vehicle and license number but it doesnt say the color that would be such a big help and cant be that hard to add. Also, just used this in Vegas for the first time. It would say matching you to 8 drivers or something like that... then it would send one and say 4 minutes away. So many times it said for minutes but was over 10. Its like they took the job but werent really done with the last one. Very irritating.

I called an Uber ride from the airport, with8 minute ETA. In 7 minutes he called to verify location. I told him the gate and he asked me to walk down two gates so he could get to me easier. Next I see him on the app back where I started. He called and asked me to walk back up two gates to make it "easier@ for him. I cancelled the ride and got tagged for a $7 cancellation fee. I protested through Uber customer service,who issued a credit but totally backed the driver up. Hello Lyft!

Shame on you. Youre a company that is rotten at the core.

This company is horrible! On St. Patricks Day I had a JAMESLA promo code that gives $10 credit towards your next UberPOOL or UberX code. The original fare was said to be $27.23, and I got a receipt sent to my email stating I only got charged -$17.23. I checked my account and got charged -$27.23 FREAKING dollars. I am HIGHLY disappointed. Even reached out to customer service and they told me that they couldnt adjust the set price. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!!

Late drivers. Mystery charges. Terrible company. Ive moved on from this app. 1 star.

Compare your prices on Lyft. Youll see the tremendous difference. Just cause Uber got popular from the media, music and movies does not give them the right to jack up the price. It is no excuse. Now finding me has never been harder with this app. Driver has to call me 2-3 times just to find me. Im getting charged $20 just to be taken to one end of my city to the other. Thats ridiculous. These reviews arent lying, stop giving this service money till they get it right.
